As the founder of Happy Little Bird, I stumbled upon freeze-dried candy while on a camping trip in Arkansas with friends. It was love at first bite! The crunchy, tart flavor of lemon drops had me hooked, and I knew I had to share this unique treat with others. Each of our products at Happy Little Bird are freeze dried, creating an unmatched texture and flavor that will keep you coming back for more.

Let me introduce myself; I am an experienced businesswoman who had life's ups and downs. In 2017, I married a strong, stable man who supports and stands beside me. Displaced by the 2018 Campfire in Paradise, CA, we moved to Middle TN for 3.5 years. Our time there was productive; we gained more experiences with new careers and made life-long friends, but nothing can bridge the gap when you have family and grandchildren thousands of miles away on the West Coast. We have returned to northern California. With my interest in healthy snack alternatives, I am here to start my side gig with freeze-dried snacks. I have my husband by my side, and with our creativity and experience, I invite you to join our flock in choosing healthy snack foods.
